A: MID Product is an aggressively average brand. We make mid products for mid people with mid lives and aspirations. Not the best, not the worst—just existing in that comfortable middle ground.
Q: Are your products actually good?
A: They’re fine. They do what they’re supposed to do. If you’re expecting luxury, innovation, or life-changing quality, you might want to lower your expectations (which, honestly, is the entire point).
Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: We carry sizes that should fit most people. If you’re unsure, check the size chart—otherwise, just guess and embrace the mid-life gamble.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Fast enough to get to you, but slow enough to make you wonder if you should’ve ordered from somewhere else. Typical shipping times range from 5–10 business days, depending on how mid the postal system is feeling.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We accept returns for defective items, but if you’re returning something just because it’s “too mid,” you clearly didn’t read the brand name. That’s on you.

A: Once an order is placed, we start processing it almost immediately (because we’re slightly responsible). If you need to cancel, email us ASAP and we’ll see if we can stop it in time—no promises, though.
